Completely pressure free, we meet you to see if our services are right for you. You may take all the time you need to decide. You get to choose your primary and back-up doula. After our complimentary consultation we wait for you to contact us. - Two more doula visits after you hire our services
During our first visit we will discuss in length your wishes, thoughts, feelings and expectations regarding labor and delivery and the doula's general role. We will prepare a birth plan that includes your preferences in labor and your philosophy of birth. At this time, the contract will be signed.
The second visit will take place approximately 3 weeks prior to your due date. This is when you can meet your back-up doula and we will develop a Labor Support Profile to summarize your preferences and desires for labor, birth and immediate postpartum. We show you our tools we use for natural comfort measures in labor along with a discussion on relaxation techniques and breathing. - Phone Consultation and On-Call Time for your labor 24/7

Approximately 1-2 days after delivery we will contact you by phone and then again at around 5 days to set up our postpartum visit. We will plan to meet 2-3 weeks postpartum to discuss the birth experience and to give you a written account of your birth along with photos if they were taken. - Cost: $550
